Our Mission

Making Health Education Accessible to Every Family

We deliver free community workshops, wellness programs, and preventive healthcare education — led by youth and supported by healthcare professionals — so no family is left out of the conversation about their own health.

Our Vision

A Washington where every community — regardless of zip code — has access to trusted health information and the confidence to act on it.

‍ Why We Exist

Too many families miss preventive care not from lack of desire — but lack of access. We close that gap one workshop at a time.

Our Approach

Every workshop ends with a survey. We analyze results and publish community health insights — turning education into evidence.

What We Teach

Four Programs for Every Stage of Life

Free, evidence-based community health education for the whole family.

Why We Exist

Every Community Deserves a Healthy Future

I have always wanted to make a positive impact on the lives of others by improving access to healthcare and promoting healthy lifestyles. Pursuing a career in the medical field will give me the knowledge and skills to educate, support, and care for people in my community.

Founded to transform that vision, Healthy Futures Washington was created. One workshop at a time, we are creating a healthier Washington by delivering free, evidence-based health education right into senior centers, libraries, community centers, and temples.

"Health education should not be a privilege. It should be available to everyone. That is why I created this initiative and made every program completely free. No one should be prevented from learning how to care for themselves and their loved ones because of financial barriers."

A rising senior and aspiring physician, I founded Healthy Futures Washington after recognizing a gap that felt personal: too many families in our community, especially immigrant and underserved families, lack access to trusted, preventive health information.

I have always wanted to make a positive impact on the lives of others by improving access to healthcare and promoting healthy lifestyles. Pursuing a career in medicine is giving me the knowledge and skills to educate, support, and care for people in my community, and this organization is where that mission starts.

I design all workshop curriculum, manage community partnerships, oversee the research program, and lead a growing team, all while maintaining a rigorous academic schedule and pursuing my path to medicine.

"Health education should not be a privilege. It should be available to everyone. That is why I created this initiative and made every program completely free. No one should be prevented from learning how to care for themselves and their loved ones because of financial barriers."
